AxisHOST.com, Inc. servers are located in several Network Operation Centers, strategically located around the US, for a higher level of redundancy and peace of mind. We have our own proprietary DNS system, for greater control and faster resolution. This is a DNS system unique to AxisHOST.com, Inc. and has a 6 year history of incredible reliability.

Our IS/IT network team is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and each member has a minimum of 10 years experience in the area of network administration. All of our support technicians are based in the United States and are hand picked by AxisHOST.com, Inc. We do not use outsourced technical support companies.
